– Thumbs are used to direct the floss in the upper teeth.? The index fingers are utilized to guide the floss when cleaning the lower teeth.
– Carefully move the floss between teeth in a zig-zag type of motion.? Floss can be moved around the side of the tooth.
– Floss need to be moved up and down on the surface of a tooth under the gumline.? Each tooth needs to be flossed with a clean section of floss.
